In addition to digital photography, I also offer film photography—a beautiful, nostalgic way to capture your special moments. Film has a timeless aesthetic that brings a sense of authenticity and uniqueness to every image. The soft grain, rich tones, and dreamy imperfections create something truly magical—something that digital just can’t replicate.
What makes film so special is its unpredictability. Unlike digital, where you can immediately see and adjust your shots, film requires patience and trust in the process. Every click of the shutter is intentional, and the final result is always a little surprise. There’s something so exciting about waiting for the scans to come back from the lab and seeing how each image develops into its own piece of art!
The film camera I use is a real vintage 1970s film camera that was handed down to me. It has captured decades of moments, and now I get to continue its legacy by documenting love stories in a classic, timeless way. Since it’s a true film camera, I shoot the photos and then send the roll off to a lab for developing—just like in the old days!
One thing I love about film is that there’s truly no such thing as a bad film photo. Film embraces imperfections in the most beautiful way—whether it’s soft focus, dreamy light leaks, or unexpected color shifts. These quirks make every photo unique and special. I’m not a cookie-cutter photographer, and film allows me to create art that feels raw, real, and personal.
You can add a roll of film to any wedding package or session for an extra touch of nostalgia! If you love the look of film, let’s capture your moments in this classic, unforgettable way.
Here are some of my favorite film photos I’ve taken—hope you love them as much as I do! ❤️
